Welcome to the Buttons website terms and conditions for use. We recommend that you read them carefully before placing your order. By utilising the Buttons website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions as set out below.

No contract will commence between you and One Dovetail Limited for the sale by it to you of any product unless and until One Dovetail Limited accepts your order by email confirming that it has despatched your product. For the avoidance of doubt, any such contract will be deemed to have been concluded in the United Kingdom. Further, any such contract will be interpreted, construed and enforced in all respects in accordance with the laws of England, and you and One Dovetail Limited irrevocably agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts. One Dovetail Limited shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage, which may arise from the use of any of the information contained in any of the materials used in this website. All rights, including copyright, in this website are owned or licenced to One Dovetail Limited. Any use of the site or its contents, including copying or storage in whole or part, other than for personal use, is strictly prohibited without prior permission from One Dovetail Limited. To the fullest extent as permitted at law, One Dovetail Limited is providing this website and its contents on an “as is” basis and makes no (and expressly disclaims all) representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, with respect to this website or the information, contents, materials or products included in this website including, but without limitation, warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Delivery & Packing

Our aim is to despatch all orders within 24 hours of receipt and credit card authorisation, if the item is a stock line. Many of our products ship directly from our suppliers and some can take up to 10 days to be delivered. If there is any issue regarding your order we will endeavour to contact you within 24 hours. All timescales exclude weekends where orders are normally despatched on the following Monday. Our standard delivery service should deliver UK mainland orders in 5-10 working days and orders for the rest of the world in 5-12 working days.

Returns & Exchanges
In line with our Buttons retail store policy, we do not provide a refund for any items. In the case that it is faulty due to a manufacturers fault, we will provide you with a replacement or full refund, excluding any postage incurred. This is de to hygiene policy. The goods should be returned unworn, all labels intact and all garments should be in a proper resaleable condition* and are required to be returned within 14 days of receipt.

Goods can be returned by post, to the address shown on the invoice.

Please remember to obtain proof of postage from your Post Office.

We will of course make a refund if the product is faulty.*

Methods of Payment

You are able to pay for your goods using all major credit and debit cards (Mastercard, Visa, Delta, Switch, Solo, American Express and Diners Club International). Paypal offers Buttons customers the highest level of security when entering credit card details over the Internet. All prices are inclusive of VAT at the current rates and are correct at the time of entering the information onto this website. The total cost of the order is the price of the products ordered plus postage and packing charges where applicable. All credit/debit card purchases are subject to the normal validation checks and authorisation procedures adopted by the card issuer. Any refusal by the issuer of any payment card to authorise the payment to us, for any reason, will not render Buttons liable for any delay or non-delivery. Where applicable, you may cancel your order in accordance with your rights under the Distance Selling Regulations. In instances where the product has already been despatched we will arrange collection from the original address free of charge.

Product Information

Whilst every effort has been made to display the colours of our products as accurately as possible on our website, the actual colours you see will depend on your own monitor. We can not guarantee that the colour displayed on your monitor will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery. Buttons takes all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on our website are correct at the time the information is entered onto the system. We reserve the right to refuse orders where product information has been entered onto our website incorrectly including prices and promotional activity. Prices are subject to change and without notice. All goods offered on the Buttons website are subject to availability. If an item you have ordered is out of stock before your order is accepted, we will notify you by email as soon as possible. Our website is updated on a regular basis. From time to time our retail stores may run special or local promotions which will not be reflected on our website or we may offer special discounts online that are not available in our retail stores.

Typically we will ask for your name, telephone number, home address and email address when orders are placed as well as competitions or other promotional activity used in our website. For payment purposes we will require postal addresses and payment method details. As a wish to constantly improve our website we may ask you about usage on our website. You also have the option to use your Paypal account.

What will this information be used for?

Some of this information will be used to process orders and to keep you updated with changes in operation of the website.

If you agree, then we will send you newsletters via email advising you of forthcoming special offers and promotions. A facility will be made available for you to unsubscribe should you wish at any point in the future.
